Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior Bartending experience
• Ability to prepare cocktails and perform full bartending duties
• Familiarity with beer, liquor, and wine and beverage steps of service
• Must be TIPS certified within 90 days and ServeSafe within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, memorable hospitality following OTG steps of service
• Guide guests through the menu with enthusiasm and accommodate dietary needs
• Anticipate guest needs and manage high-volume service with accuracy
• Maintain smooth dining floor operations through team communication
• Handle orders and payments while adhering to OTG cash handling policies
• Create a welcoming atmosphere so guests return
