HMSHost in Atlanta Airport is seeking an experienced bartender to greet customers, take drink orders, mix beverages, and serve beers and other beverages, while handling transactions with accuracy.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality service, reporting to the on-duty manager, and complying with alcohol standards. A non-exempt position requiring at least 1 year of bartending experience and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• At least 1 year of bartending experience (high-volume or fast-casual preferred).
• Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and their preparation.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Read and understand instructions and policy documents.
• Lift up to 40 pounds.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Regularly handles water and cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food and drink orders.
• Follow recipes and/or product directions for mixing beverages.
• Collect payments and operate cash registers for drinks and/or food served; secure monies at shift end.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and manage intoxicated guests.
• Adhere to HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and well-stocked bar.
