Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing passengers' baggage and promptly addressing related concerns. Benefits include flight privileges after 30 days, weekly pay, full-time hours, PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, discounts and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Physical requirements: must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs+, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder.
• Must be able to climb or crawl frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Set up conveyances to sort and distribute incoming bags.
• Scan and ensure correct tagging and loading of each bag.
• Forward and receive bags to and from TSA.
• Take care of the safety scanner and other equipment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards per policy.
• Perform other related duties within the appropriate skill and capabilities.
