Job summary

Unifi is seeking motivated individuals to join our aviation services team in baggage handling. No experience required; paid training is provided.

The role involves assisting passengers, loading and unloading bags, and ensuring correct tagging and loading while following safety procedures. We offer full-time schedules starting at 30 hours per week, weekly pay, paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401k, flight privileges after 30 days, and exclusive employee discounts and wellness

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain airport credentials.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs+ and work in varied shifts and weather.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up, loading and unloading.
• Sort, tag, and load bags correctly using conveyances.
• Coordinate with TSA and use safety equipment according to policy.
• Report safety incidents and hazards promptly.
• Work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Meet safety and operational standards in all tasks.
