Job summary

Sabre is seeking a Sr. Manager, Airline Sales Operations to join our global Airline Sales team.

This role leads planning, performance reporting and operational execution across the airline commercial organization, turning complex data into executive strategies. You will partner with sales, finance and product teams, drive CRM governance, forecast pipelines, and optimize workflows using AI and automation to boost efficiency and deal velocity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations or commercial strategy within travel technology, SaaS or airline IT.

What you’ll bring

• Proven success managing commercial planning, pipeline hygiene and large-scale sales enablement initiatives.
• Strong expertise in CRM platforms, sales analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence executive stakeholders.
• Practical experience applying AI, automation or analytics tools to streamline operational workflows and sharpen commercial insight.
