Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience or equivalent training
• Must be able to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus
• Basic computer skills with ability to type at least 25 wpm
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
• Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test
• Authorized to work in the U.S. per immigration law

Responsabilités

• Provide total customer service to passengers for both customer and charter services
• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on items and assign seats
• Provide information on arrival/departure times, procedures, regulations and seating
• Handle denied boarding situations and arrange hotel, meals, and taxi vouchers as needed
• Ensure FAA and airport regulations are followed and safety measures are enforced
• Assist customers with special needs and complete sales reports
• Complete required training and adhere to company policies
