Job summary

Porter Airlines Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Boston Logan International Airport to deliver exceptional service to passengers in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with check-in, baggage, seating, and passenger inquiries to ensure smooth travel.

Starting rate is $19.00 per hour with staff travel perks after six months and travel discounts. This on-site role offers a dynamic team culture and growth opportunities within Porter.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service.
• Check-in passengers for flights at the ticket counters by assigning seats, directing passengers to their gates, and checking documentation for flights while ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of passenger luggage.
• Perform pre-flight check-in procedures by assigning seats, making gate announcements, issuing boarding passes and boarding the flight.
• Monitor carry-on luggage and aircraft doors.
• Responsible for unaccompanied minors during their travel.
• Assist passengers with a disability or reduced mobility including wheelchair assistance.
• Oversee International Arrivals baggage area and assist with mishandled baggage recovery.
• Respond to passenger inquiries via telephone and email and maintain records.
• M saanut maintain communication with customers throughout tracing or repair process and update PNR files.
• Reconcile delivery service invoices and uphold safety policies.
