Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, preferably airline industry.
• Must be computer savvy with Google Docs, Sheets and Calendar.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service.
• Check-in passengers for flights at ticket counters and manage seating., checking docs and assisting with luggage.
• Perform pre-flight check-in procedures and issue boarding passes.
• Assist passengers with disabilities and unaccompanied minors.
