You excel in communication, adapt to emergencies, and work to enhance the passenger experience while supporting safety, accessibility, and regional promotion efforts at a dynamic, community-focused hub.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate in standard English.
• Ability to obtain a Massport Security Badge and U.S. Customs Seal.

Responsibilities

• Staff information booths, providing ground transportation options, accommodations, and event assistance to passengers.
• Serve as an Airport Ambassador, ensuring passenger flow and public safety at key points.
• Promote Boston and New England through explanation of tourist attractions, hospitality services, and Logan Modernization.
• Operate display systems, providing relevant airline/airport information, managing paging and lost and found services, and assisting with ADA inquiries.
