Job summary

SilkRoad Airlines seeks highly skilled customer service agents for Dallas-area operations. You will handle cash transactions, manage manifests, and assist crew at gates, with duties across ticket counters, baggage counters, and gate check-in.

Rotations may include ramp and terminal areas, standing for long periods, and data-entry on airport systems. Chinese, Korean, or Japanese language skills are a plus.

• Perform a broad range of duties depending on location and service demands while delivering a high quality product
• Work assignments may involve interim postings at ticket counter, airport lobby, baggage counter, gate check-in, control-center, or rotation through all areas including bag-room, ramp and other terminals, pulling, pushing and moving large bulky items including carts
• Jet Bridge Driver

Responsibilities

• Cash handling transactions, manifests, labelling.

• Stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and move items as needed.
