Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of unassigned hotel and transportation needs via system alerts.
• Correct hotel assignments to meet on-time departures and financial goals.
• Coordinate crew change information to minimize delays.
• Work with Scheduling, SOC, and station operations on substitutions.
• Maintain HOME system accuracy and record hotel/transportation information.
