Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Cabin Dispatch Agent to coordinate crew and equipment for arriving and departing flights. You will manage flight paperwork, relay critical load and fuel data, and ensure aircraft turnaround is efficient while communicating with flight crews and airline staff.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to communicate information verbally and via radio equipment.
• Able to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
• Must be a local (in-state) resident.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees have the correct information for daily assignments.
• Prepare flight paperwork for crew including flight plans, weather reports, passenger lists, and airline details.
• Communicate aircraft fuel and load data between flight crew and fueling agents.
• Prioritize tasks and manage the turnaround of an aircraft from arrival to departure.
• Respond to emergencies and non-emergencies to reach a quick solution.
• Ensure timely movement of resources according to daily time schedules and logistics.
