United Airlines in Arlington Heights, IL is looking for a Pilot Crew Scheduler to support pilots with schedules, ensuring on-time departures across a global network. This fast-paced, 24/7/365 role includes weekends and holidays, with potential overtime as per policy.

You will assign flying per FAR and Pilot Agreement, analyze staffing and trades, and assist pilots with pay records. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree and aviation experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask with accuracy under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Assign open flying to qualified flight crew per FAR, Pilot Agreement and policies.
• Analyze pilot staffing, time off requests, assignments and trades.
• Apply cost-effective scheduling while following FAA FAR and contract rules.
• Assist pilots with monthly schedules and ensure accurate crew pay and records.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and contract rules for 24/7 operations.
• Provide 24/7 support and excellent internal customer service to pilots.
• Train new schedulers through on-the-job sessions.
• Take on additional crew scheduling responsibilities as needed.
