Job summary

Gate Gourmet is seeking an experienced leader to direct all communications and operations for key airline accounts. You will serve as the primary liaison between airline customers and Gate Gourmet’s operations unit, ensuring contract requirements are met and customer expectations are aligned with service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience working in catering or food service industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all communications and operations for all accounts to meet customer requirements.
• Direct liaison between airline customers and Gate Gourmet operational unit.
• Ensure compliance with customer and airline service requirements; maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Monitor communications with back office (billing) and customer; propose root-cause remedies to disputes.
• Coordinate training and data maintenance related to accounts; ensure HACCP and inventory accuracy.
