Job summary

Allegiant Air is seeking a General Manager to oversee station operations and compliance across Flight Ops, Inflight, and Maintenance. The role leads the base management team to ensure On-Time Performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The candidate should have at least 3 years in airline operations with 2+ years in management, with a preference for 2+ years in cross-functional leadership. Must reside within 60 minutes of the assigned airport and be able to work nights, weekends and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of airline operations experience, including two (2) years of management experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain safety compliance of aircraft, customers, facilities and employee working environments.
• Lead the base management team to promote On-Time Performance and continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate relationships with airport officials, FAA, TSA and other agencies.
• Evaluate performance of the base management team and develop corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and manage station budgets and cost control programs.
• Ensure training requirements are met for all employees and monitor local training issues.
