Job summary

Allegiant in Las Vegas seeks an Inflight Base Supervisor to lead Flight Attendants and drive safety, service, and operational excellence. You will coach crews, conduct fact-finding and grievance meetings, and manage day-to-day base operations with a focus on on-time performance and customer experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1 year as a flight attendant, and 2 years of people management experience, including union environments. Travel to multiple bases is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of experience as a flight attendant.
• Minimum two years of experience managing people, including union environments.
• Authorized to work in the US and pass background checks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Flight Attendants to meet performance expectations.
• Conduct investigations, grievance meetings, and terminate as needed.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance in daily operations.
• Manage schedules across bases and respond to irregular operations.
• Travel to crew bases and HQ to provide support and training.
• Maintain accurate employment records and report metrics.
