Job summary

Allegiant Air seeks a seasoned Airport Agent to lead base accountability and drive cross-functional collaboration among Inflight, Flight Operations, Maintenance and vendor teams at the Florida bases. You will chair weekly performance reviews, oversee SLAs with ground-handling providers, and ensure regulatory and brand accountability before FAA, TSA and airport authorities.

This role requires strong leadership, rapid decision-making and customer-service excellence.

Qualifications

• Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead base accountability for Allegiant, driving cross-functional collaboration across Inflight, Flight Operations, Maintenance, and vendor teams.
• Chair weekly performance reviews to monitor KPIs, resolve operational blockers, and address issues impacting on-time performance, baggage reliability, and safety management systems.
• Oversee local Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), auditing vendor compliance and initiating corrective actions when standards are not met.
• Represent Allegiant in regulatory, governmental, and airport authority matters with FAA, TSA, and city officials.
• Audit service provider training compliance through regular review of training records and monthly evaluations.
• Monitor vendor invoices for contract alignment, escalating discrepancies or billing issues as needed.
• Align base team communications and station initiatives with corporate strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to irregular operations and support decision-making among base stakeholders.
• Address escalated customer complaints in partnership with Customer Relations and relevant departments.
• Foster continuous improvement and recognition through joint initiatives with Allegiant and vendor leadership.
• Support talent development for base personnel via coaching, feedback, and cross-functional exposure.
• Ensure any direct reports understand and apply our Customer Commitment and customer service standards to their daily responsibilities.
