Job summary

Allegiantair is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with CFRs, OEM specs, the GMM, and safety regulations. The role supports the Manager of Base and guides a team of mechanics in daily tasks.

The ideal candidate brings extensive A&P experience (6+ years) with 4+ years in supervisory roles, and holds an A&P license (or an Associate's with FAA license). Prepare for a dynamic, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required.
• Minimum six years A&P experience with at least four years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervises mechanics and oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
• Plans and prioritizes workload to optimize production and on-time delivery.
• Trains and evaluates staff; ensures safety and proper tool use.
• Coordinates with Materials for timely availability of parts.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and timekeeping.
• Stands in for Maintenance Manager when needed.
