Job summary

Pacific Aviation is seeking an Airline Account Manager to service client operations based out of SFO. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage airline account operations and meet service level targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating passenger services, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company, airport, and regulatory policies. The position offers a competitive salary with a bonus opportunity and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in passenger and baggage handling services
• 3+ years in airlines industry in supervisory role
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Satisfy customer airline expectations
• Liaise with clients, management, staff, vendors, and agencies
• Direct and coordinate airline passenger services at the airport terminal
• Ensure operations meet SLAs with customer airlines
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; resolve issues
• Integrate technical and manual methods per contract
• Plan staff schedules for optimal resource use
• Prepare daily flight operation reports and payroll hours
• Participate in Quality Management and preventive actions
• Lead incident investigations and enforce safety compliance
• Onboard new hires and assess customer service after training
