Job summary

deugro is seeking an Airfreight Coordinator in Greenville, South Carolina to manage quotes, rate negotiations, bookings, AWB cutting, and customs filings for complex shipments.

You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and colleagues, monitor cargo through every stage, and handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and final payments. Qualifications

• 1+ year in freight forwarding or related field.
• Strong English communication (cross-cultural ability).
• Knowledge of Incoterms and freight operations.

Responsibilities

• Quote and negotiate rates
• Develop and maintain client/subcontractor relationships
• Verify documents (invoice, packing list) and ensure accuracy
• Organise collections, bookings, AWB, and customs declarations
• Coordinate with overseas agents and airlines to secure space
• Monitor cargo arrival, pre-alerts, and post-shipment updates
• Invoicing and accounts receivable/payable processes
• Prepare files for billing and closing
