A global project freight forwarding company is looking for an Airfreight Coordinator to join their team in Greenville, South Carolina. The successful candidate will manage quoting, rate negotiations, logistics documentation, and client relationships. This role requires at least one year of experience in the freight forwarding industry, a solid understanding of Inco Terms, and excellent English communication skills. Qualifications

• At least one year of working experience in a relevant or similar field.
• Relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Good knowledge of Inco Terms and Operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English for cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Quoting and carrying out rate negotiations.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
• Checking shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Organizing collections, bookings, AWB cutting, and customs declarations.
• Submitting documents to overseas agents and requesting shipping approvals.
• Following up on cargo arrival and clearance process.
• Issuing AWBs and notifying agents/importers.
• Managing invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Skills
