Amentum is seeking a Mechanic I Airframer at NAS Lemoore to maintain and repair F/A-18 airframes and hydraulic systems in accordance with applicable manuals and directives. The role involves diagnosing malfunctions, using ground support tools, and prioritizing workload to meet schedules.

Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of O-level aircraft maintenance experience, a valid A&P license (or military rating), and the ability to obtain a Tier 3 US Government Clearance.

Formación

• 3 years’ O-level aircraft system maintenance experience
• Knowledge and use of special tools/equipment required to perform assigned maintenance tasks is mandatory
• Shift work is required
• A&P License and/or Military rating this position
• Minimum 36 months Organizational level Airframes Mechanic experience
• Must complete CDI qualification syllabus and all qualifications to obtain CDI within 90 days of employment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Tier 3 US Government Clearance

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and service the F/A-18 airframe and hydraulic systems/components as required
• Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and repair airframes system malfunctions
• Work with ground support equipment and all related maintenance manuals and directives
• Perform duties to service aircraft systems and prioritize workload to maintain schedules
