Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• CDL Class B required within 90 days of employment; AMA certification preferred/required internally within 60 days.
• Preferred: technical course or associates degree in related area; 5 years experience in maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for facilities.
• Supervise maintenance crew and assign tasks; ensure work meets codes and contract terms.
• Inspect facilities and coordinate with management; manage safety and training.
• Respond to emergency repairs and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
