Job summary

Global Solutions International, LLC is seeking an Aircrew Scheduler to provide Advisory and Assistance Support to an active duty bomber squadron under the BSOS task order. This non-flying duty frees aircrew to focus on flying readiness and qualification requirements.

The role requires coordinating scheduling, training, and documentation across multiple AFIs, and involves regular status updates, reports, and curriculum development support. U.S.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance (active or previously held) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with PEX or a similar scheduling program.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Minimum 2 years in a squadron, group, or wing training/stan eval shop, or 3 years in a DoD flying squadron/wing equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Update PEX/ARMS or equivalent systems and review/update student and permanent party records, folders, and gradebooks per AFIs.
• Administer classes and exams, coordinate crew scheduling for Crew Resource Management and related training.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks and provide readiness updates to leadership.
• Generate required reports and forms (e.g., AF Forms 4324, RAP reports, AF Form 8).
• Notify crewmembers and leadership of upcoming testing and training.
