Job summary

Global Solutions International, LLC is seeking an Aircrew Scheduler to provide advisory and assistance support to an active-duty bomber squadron under an AFGSC task order. The role frees aircrew from non-flying duties to focus on flying readiness and qualification.

The candidate will update scheduling systems, administer training and exams, and generate readiness reports while coordinating with squadron leadership. U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with PEX or a similar proprietary scheduling program.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Update PEX/ARMS or equivalent systems and review/update student and permanent party records, folders, and gradebooks per applicable AFIs.
• Administer classes and exams, coordinate crew scheduling for Crew Resource Management and pre-deployment training.
• Perform weekly readiness checks and provide status updates to leadership.
• Generate required reports and forms (e.g., AF Form 4324, Monthly Aircrew Qualification Summary).
• Notify crewmembers and leadership of upcoming testing and training.
• Interpret AFIs and guide training and readiness tracking; standardize libraries and checkout procedures.
