Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks a Squadron Aircrew Scheduler to develop and maintain long-range scheduling for aircrew, instructors, and support personnel. You will coordinate with wing leadership, track leave and training requirements, update Patriot Excalibur and related systems, and ensure coverage for sorties and exercises.

Qualifications include two years' experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler, proficiency with scheduling software and PEX, and a Secret clearance. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-range scheduling system for aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and support staff.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to align schedules with mission goals.
• Track crew availability, leaves, TDYs, and medical appointments; deconflict schedules as needed.
• Update scheduling data in Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and related databases.
• Publish scheduling data for training events and missions.
• Provide training to personnel on the scheduling system and processes.
• Support last-minute changes by coordinating with flight leadership and mission commanders.
• Ensure coverage for sorties and training across multiple units and facilities.
