Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a skilled Scheduler to provide long-range wing scheduling support for aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and operations personnel.

The role requires coordinating with senior leadership to align planning with organizational goals and ensuring resources are efficiently allocated. The candidate will manage scheduling data in PEX or similar systems, track leave and TDYs, and train staff on the scheduling platform.

Qualifications

• Must have Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum 2 years experience with PEX or similar scheduling program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-range scheduling for aircrew, instructors, evaluators, support personnel, and supervisors.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to align flight operations with mission objectives.
• Track leaves, TDYs, medical appointments, and scheduling commitments; deconflict crewmember schedules.
• Update scheduling data in PEX and related databases.
• Publish schedules for unit training events and flying operations.
