Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET, Inc.) at Minot AFB, North Dakota, seeks a squadron operations scheduler to build and manage the B-52H unit's flying schedule, coordinating with wing, squadron leadership and outside agencies. Expect frequent revisions after publication.

The role requires SECRET clearance, at least two years in squadron scheduling and experience with PEX or similar systems, supporting exercise and special event taskings.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance or previously held SECRET clearance.
• Minimum 2 years as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with PEX or similar scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Build long-range and short-range flying schedules for aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and support staff.
• Coordinate with Wing Scheduling, outside agencies, and HQ on exercise and event scheduling.
• Coordinate daily/weekly with leadership to facilitate flying operations.
• Determine flight, ground, and simulator requirements based on syllabus, weather, and range.
• Update schedules in Patriot Excalibur and local databases; publish schedules.
• Track leave, TDY, medical appointments, and deconflict sorties.
• Schedule aircrews to mitigate Operational Risk Management.
• Attend Special Use Airspace and Range Scheduling meetings for coordination.
• Produce Flying Effectiveness Report, Flying Hour Program Report, and Ready Aircrew inputs.
