Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking an Ops Assistant – Stan/Eval (19 FS) to support PACAF Aviation Squadron Admin for the US Air Force. The role focuses on EFB administration, publications management, and coordination with MAJCOM EFB leadership.

You will maintain EFB systems, update procedures, and provide readiness briefings to leadership, while ensuring compliance with AFI guidance and scheduled evaluations.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• US citizen.
• Ability to travel.
• 1-2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain EFB procedures and databases IAW AFIs governing EFB usage.
• Assist in maintaining EFB systems as an OMD Program Manager.
• Identify and elevate EFB requirements to leadership and MAJCOM EFB Program Manager.
• Attend monthly ACC PM meetings and brief updates to the Chief of Stan/Eval.
• Serve as Wing EFB system administrator and potential MDM administrator; ensure devices are configured and updated.
