Job summary

DST LLC in Maryland is seeking a skilled A&P Structures Mechanic to accurately repair and perform scheduled maintenance on all airplanes and to conduct inspections per FAA requirements.

You will use precision measuring equipment and hand tools to fabricate, assemble and install structural components, collaborate with engineers on design improvements, and operate required ground support equipment. Travel to CONUS and OCONUS as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Structural Aircraft Maintenance and Modification.
• Aircraft Movement.
• Extensive knowledge of all aircraft mechanical systems functions and interactions.
• Thorough working knowledge of FAA regulations, IPC and ATA codes.

Responsibilities

• Performs structural maintenance and repairs to aircraft.
• Assist the shop with meeting schedule needs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Use precision measuring equipment and hand tools to fabricate, assemble and install structural components.
• Collaborates with engineering on design enhancements and productivity improvements.
• Operates all required ground support equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs aircraft and customer systems.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
