640 SERVICE OKLAHOMA in Oklahoma City seeks an Internal Audit Program Coordinator & Compliance Analyst to oversee aircraft registration and tax collection, and to supervise BSS transaction reviews for compliance. The role sets priorities, develops processes, and ensures accurate reporting to leadership.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of auditing or accounting experience. Flexible scheduling and state service benefits are included.

Qualifications

• The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of auditing, accounting, or similar experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience are acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Reports directly to the Director of Internal Audit to manage aircraft tasks and review BSS transactions.
• Develops policies, procedures, and processes as necessary.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable statutes, rules, and regulations for aircraft registration.
• Serves as main contact for aircraft vendor data exchanges with Oklahoma owners.
• Tracks and reports aircraft registration and tax collections timely.
• Sets scope and frequency of BSS reviews and reports results to executives.
