Service Oklahoma seeks an Internal Audit Program Coordinator & Compliance Analyst to oversee aircraft registration and tax collection processes in Oklahoma. You will coordinate with Business Support Services and monitor compliance with applicable statutes and regulations.

The role requires developing procedures, managing vendor communications, and providing timely reporting to executive leadership. Strong audit, accounting, and analytical skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Reports directly to the Director of Internal Audit and oversees aircraft tasks.
• Develops policies, procedures and processes as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of statutes, rules and regulations related to aircraft registration.
• Acts as main contact for aircraft vendors and communicates with registered owners in Oklahoma.
• Tracks and reports aircraft registration and tax collections in a timely manner.
• Establishes scope and frequency of BSS transaction reviews and reports results to executive management.
