Service Oklahoma is seeking an Internal Audit Program Coordinator & Compliance Analyst to oversee aircraft registration and tax collection compliance in Oklahoma. You will review Business Support Services transactions and set scope for oversight, reporting results to executive management.

The role requires strong knowledge of statutes and rules, plus experience in auditing, accounting, and public administration. Benefits include holidays, annual leave, and a 7% retirement match.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of laws, statutes and rules, procedures and processes.
• Understanding of accounting systems and related office tech.
• Ability to handle sensitive materials with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Reports to Director of Internal Audit to manage aircraft tasks and review BSS transactions.
• Creates policies and processes as needed for compliance.
• Tracks and reports aircraft registration and tax collections timely.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, engineering or public administration

4 years auditing / accounting experience
