Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL seeks an Aircraft Manager II to oversee folio management during production and flight test, analyze non-conformities, initiate action plans, and drive closure of issues until handover.

Responsibilities include leading A/C reviews, escalating issues, and coordinating with ACM teams across functions. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years in aviation, and 2+ years in a leadership/Aircraft Manager role, with fluency in English and SAP/MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
• 5+ years of working experience in aviation fields.
• 2+ years in Aircraft Manager role or leadership role.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of SAP system, MS Office, supply chain and quality knowledge.
• Ability to work in an international team with flexibility and initiative.
• Proven problem-solving skills and track record of meeting deadlines on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Aircraft Manager employees and support ACM functions (Flowline, Flightline, Cross Plant).
• Lead daily A/C review meetings and set priorities for MFT.
• Escalate issues to ACM IIIs; document in Tandem and drive problem solving.
• Track daily milestones via Master Production Schedule.
• Manage non-conformities through flowline/flightline; drive closure with stakeholders.
• Prepare and conduct FOT meetings; ensure timely closure of folio points and non-conformities.
• Create MSN status reports and analyze inflow (NCRs, work orders, etc.).
• Drive aircraft issue follow-up to prevent production risks; generate daily MSN report.
• Plan Working Parties to solve major aircraft issues when needed.
• Record and prioritize information in Aircraft Progress; coordinate with Station Managers.
