Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL is seeking an Aircraft Manager Completions to oversee folio management during production and ground test, leading issue resolution and escalation as needed.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify critical points, implement action plans, and ensure closures before handover to completions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or technical aviation manufacturing training and 3+ years in aviation manufacturing or planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; or technical training in aviation manufacturing.
• 3+ years' experience in aviation manufacturing or manufacturing planning.
• Experience in production flowline and non-conformity management.

Responsibilities

• Manage folio progression for assigned aircraft through production and ground test to handover.
• Analyze and steer non-conformities, customer findings, ground test issues; initiate action plans and close correctly.
• Prepare FOT meetings and ensure timely closure of folio points and non-conformities; lead quality gate documentation.
• Feed escalations to ACM IIs; document in Tandem; provide information for problem solving.
• Create MSN status reports and perform inflow analysis; track aircraft progress and priorities.
• Coordinate Working Party planning for major aircraft issues; support national/international projects.
• Record information in Aircraft Progress and set daily priorities with Station Managers.
