Job summary

Ascent Aviation Services seeks a Production Control Administrator to coordinate the flow of work cards through the maintenance process and maintain shift boards. You will enable communication between mechanics, inspectors, engineers and material management to ensure on-time work completion.

This 24/7 operation offers multiple shifts (day, 2nd, weekend, 12-hour) and requires flexibility to be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years material/warehouse experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English, with good verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of routine and non-routine work cards through the maintenance process.
• Prepare and maintain the next shift and day work boards.
• Provide coordination between mechanics, inspectors, engineers and material management for work in process.
• Update status for parts availability and aircraft progress to maintenance teams.
• Assist with customer work packages and ensure timely project completion.
