Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a related environment.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to schedule planned and unplanned workloads.
• Must be a US Citizen and eligible for a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and expedites the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments according to production schedules or priorities.
• Reviews production schedules and determines required materials and their location.
• Requisitions material, establishes delivery sequences, and coordinates transfers by work order priorities.
• Schedules customer equipment and inputs scheduling data into the automated system.
• Compiles production records and reports on hand quantities and types.
