Job summary

Northern Jet Management Inc. is seeking an on-site Inventory Coordinator in Orlando, FL.

You will coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of aircraft parts and materials, issue parts to maintenance with precise documentation, and maintain accurate inventory records across FAA-critical systems. The role requires strong organization, detail-orientation, and communication to support maintenance and vendors, ensuring timely approvals and minimizing aircraft downtime in a fast-paced aviation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in inventory, parts, purchasing, warehouse operations, logistics, maintenance support, or related field.
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn inventory, maintenance, and purchasing software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage, organization, and distribution of aircraft parts and supplies.
• Issue parts to maintenance personnel with accurate documentation.
• Maintain inventory records within tracking systems and FAA documentation.
• Verify incoming parts for documentation, condition, and traceability.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to minimize aircraft downtime.
