Job summary

Vista America, a US operator of private aircraft, is seeking a Business Development Representative in Columbus, OH. You will research, outreach, qualify, and schedule meetings for the EVP, building a pipeline with high-net-worth prospects.

Ideal candidates have outbound sales experience, strong communication with executives, and comfort discussing aircraft costs. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in outbound sales or business development.
• Experience speaking with high-net-worth individuals and executives.
• Comfort with cold outreach and meeting scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings for EVP.
• Book qualified face-to-face meetings with owners or decision-makers, targeting 4 per month.
• Place outbound calls to introduce Vista America Aircraft Management.
• Respond to inquiries and route opportunities to the EVP.
• Deliver weekly Salesforce KPI reports on leads, calls, and meetings.
• Build and maintain a proactive prospect pipeline.
