West Star Aviation Inc. in Perryville, MO is seeking a Challenger Aircraft Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (1100).

This full-time, on-site role supports maintenance on some of the world’s most sophisticated civilian aircraft and offers growth opportunities within a fast-growing MRO. You will perform mechanical tasks, engine work, and system troubleshooting under supervision, ensuring safety and quality while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Airframe or Powerplant license required; Airframe preferred.
• 0–2 years aviation maintenance experience (AMT I).
• 2–4 years aviation maintenance experience (AMT II).
• 4–6+ years aviation maintenance experience (AMT III).
• 6+ years aviation maintenance experience (AMT IV).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and systems.
• Remove/install panels and components.
• Troubleshoot aircraft system issues.
• Defuel aircraft.
• Engine removal/installation.
• Operate ground support equipment.
• Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components.
• Maintain shop facilities, equipment and tooling.
• Communicate in English.
