Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with Airframe and Powerplant license.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred.
• 4+ years on program-specific airframes.
• Ability to lead multiple technicians and manage projects.
• Must follow FAA guidelines and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete jobs and manage day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure smooth turnover of work to the next shift.
• Reduce turn time of aircraft and mentor technicians.
• Supervise daily workload and manage multiple projects.
• Perform mechanical work on aircraft and components.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate aircraft systems.
• Maintain shop facilities and tooling.
• Communicate with customer in project management and support roles.
• Direct the work flow of multiple projects.
