This onsite, full-time role involves monitoring maintenance tasks, tracking mechanic time, updating task information, and communicating with Project Managers and Supervisors to keep activities on schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor the time mechanics spend on assigned maintenance tasks using company software.
• Alert Project Managers and Maintenance Supervisors when a task is approaching its approved time.
• Add tasks and mark completed tasks in company software and reports.
• Scan, organize, and file documents.
• Prepare internal and external customer reports as needed.
• Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
• Communicate with team members to help keep maintenance activities on track.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs.
