Responsibilities

• Monitor time mechanics spend on maintenance tasks in company software.
• Alert managers when tasks approach approved time.
• Add tasks and mark completed tasks in reports.
• Scan, organize and file documents.
• Prepare internal and external customer reports as needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean workstation.
• Communicate with team to keep maintenance on track.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
