Job summary

XTREME AVIATION, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner Associate to support scheduling, preparation, and execution of aircraft maintenance checks in an onsite hangar environment in Opa-locka, FL. You will monitor slot calendars, organize work orders in Evolve and Asana, and prepare detailed work packages to ensure timely, compliant maintenance execution.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication across departments, with standard office tools

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance planning, production control, or logistics.
• Familiarity with Evolve, Asana, or other work management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the slot calendar for incoming maintenance checks and adjust schedules as needed.
• Create work orders in Evolve and Asana.
• Prepare detailed work packages for maintenance projects.
• Evaluate and allocate planned labor hours.
• Identify required materials, tooling, and outside services; submit requisitions.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics and update project boards.
