Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Production Supervisor to oversee aircraft maintenance, flying schedules, and related branch activities to meet government and contract requirements. The role emphasizes safety, on-time performance, and proper configuration of aircraft, with daily coordination across teams.

The position requires a minimum of five years in related roles, including DoD experience, and a degree or equivalent years of hands-on expertise.

Qualifications

• Must have five years of relative experience with three years in DoD-related roles.
• Experience with conflict resolution, team building, and coaching skills are valued.
• Ability to understand and comply with Government publications and technical orders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of aircraft maintenance and flying schedules in a safe, compliant manner.
• Coordinate with PS&D to replace non-mission capable aircraft as needed.
• Develop and execute monthly and weekly flying and maintenance plans to support the Joint Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training mission.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure data integrity in maintenance systems.
• Oversee training requirements to keep mechanics and technicians certified.
• Maintain disaster readiness materials and coordinate on-base disaster response duties.
