West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician to direct a team of technicians, ensure quality workmanship, and drive on-time project completion. The role emphasizes strong leadership, problem solving, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced MRO environment.

You will oversee multiple projects, train staff, and ensure adherence to Federal Aviation Administration guidelines while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required with an A&P license.
• 4+ years in program-specific airframes desirable.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred.

• Lead a team of technicians to produce timely results with high quality and accuracy.
• Turnover work to the next shift and manage daily priorities.
• Train and mentor technicians assigned to projects.
• Supervise team members in daily workload and safety compliance.
