Job summary

Goldbelt is seeking a Site Lead in Riverside, CA to direct aircraft washing operations and ensure quality and efficiency. You will oversee teams, coordinate schedules, and maintain safety standards on a high-pressure wash system.

Responsibilities include preparing aircraft for washing, operating GSE, recording activities, and maintaining equipment. Prior experience in aviation environments and a commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ months aviation maintenance/flight line experience required.
• Must meet government/company licensing/qualification requirements.
• Familiar with safety around aircraft and GSE.
• Ability to understand English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assign teams to perform scheduled events and manage within budget.
• Record wash activities in maintenance data systems.
• Provide leadership to ensure events are completed with high quality and on budget.
• Install and remove protective covers.
• Move aircraft using towing equipment.
• Operate ground support equipment and portable firefighting equipment.
• Prepare aircraft for washing with taped vents and protective covers.
• Wash and rinse surfaces to remove grease and dirt.
• Polish windscreens/canopies and perform lubrication per procedures.
• Adhere to Safety, FOD, and Hazardous Waste programs.
