Job summary

Goldbelt Inc. is seeking a Site Lead to manage teams washing aircraft and components using a high-pressure wash system. You will perform pre/post wash actions, lubrication, and ensure surfaces are clean while maintaining safety and quality.

This role requires shift work and physical stamina in varied conditions. The position emphasizes leadership, budget awareness, and adherence to safety protocols, including FOD and hazardous waste programs.

Qualifications

• Familiar with normal operational safety around aircraft and ground support equipment.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate English and follow instructions.
• Capable of understanding written and oral instructions for aircraft cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assign teams to scheduled events within budget.
• Record wash activities in maintenance data systems.
• Lead and manage contracted events with high quality and budget compliance.
• Install and remove protective covers.
• Move aircraft using towing equipment.
• Operate ground support equipment.
• Prepare aircraft for washing by taping vent areas and placing protective covers.
• Wash and rinse exterior and interior surfaces to remove grease and stains.
• Polish windscreens/canopies with appropriate compounds.
• Perform pre/post wash lubrication following established procedures.
• Comply with safety, FOD, and hazardous waste programs.
