Custom Pipe and Fabrication in Stanton, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure production equipment runs reliably at both Stanton and Riverside sites. The role demands hands-on technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, plus strong leadership to plan projects and manage safety compliance.

Travel to Riverside is required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various machinery and controls.
• Working knowledge of electrical motor control systems and components.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role, with previous leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and working in various environments for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or advanced training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure machinery runs reliably.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Plant/Production Managers to schedule maintenance projects and installations.
• Supervise and manage the maintenance team, ensuring safety compliance.
• Oversee wiring and conduit installation for new/existing equipment, including conveyors.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools and manage inventory.
• Maintain Llumin database records and publish maintenance reports.
• Promote a safe, clean working environment and support production goals.
