Republic Airways in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced MX Mechanic to perform and supervise aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA, GMM, and OSHA standards. You will oversee daily maintenance, plan work, and ensure timely serviceability of aircraft.

A high school diploma with FAA A&P license and at least two years of A&P experience are required; four years and supervisory experience are preferred. Must possess required tools and maintain a stable work history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
• Two years A&P experience on similar aircraft.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervises Mechanics in maintenance operations including preventive maintenance, repair, modifications and other maintenance in compliance with FAA/OSHA and GMM.
• Plans and prioritizes work to minimize delays and ensure timely aircraft delivery.
• Provides technical leadership and coaching to the team.
• Ensures maintenance records and timekeeping are accurate and up to date.
